We were overcharged and still have a junk pile. The driver showed up, looked at our stuff, and said it would cost $170 to get it all out. 20 minutes later, they wanted $325 and most of it was still there. We paid them to leave, and won't be calling them back. I don't mind paying someone for good honest work, but this left me feeling taken advantage of. $325 is a lot to pay for 20 minutes of work. On top of that, I still have a pile of junk to clean up. I guess I'll rent a truck for $39, and go to the dump for $20. It will probably only take me 2 hours. I suggest you do the same.

The gentlemen who picked up were very cordial and pleasant. They were extremely courteous and were very fast! Arrived on time and earlier in the block of time, which we appreciated. They were very concerned with doing a great job and they succeeded. I would definitely call them again for any junk removal needs.

Don't even bother. The lady answering the phone calls is so rude, doesn't let you finish a sentence at all, and then quoted me 200$ to pick up 3 boxes from Target that furniture originally came packaged in. Not surprising they only have 1 Star. They should probably have zero - horrible customer service skills.

Great service and friendly staff. Pat answered my call immediately and was able to setup pickup service within 24 hours for tree limbs, branches and leaves at a fraction of the cost for a tree removal service. The guys who came were friendly and amazingly fast to load a total of 3 cut down trees. Thank you Junk Police!!

I had a renter that left me a bunch of junk. I had no clue how I was going to clean this up. I called Pat at Junk Police, and explained I had renters just leave, and they left me a present. She was so nice on the phone, and said she would have Brad call me to schedule time to look at what needs to be cleaned up. I thought Brads call would take hours, and instead he called me back in 5 minutes. He came by that day, and the following morning all the junk was removed. These guys did a great job.

I wouldn't given them a star at all. I called over a week ago and was told someone would call me to setup an appointment. No call I had to call them 6 days later. The office lady was very sweet. She had Dustin call me back I texted him my address as he requested we agreed he would come around 11ish the next day. I missed over an hour of work time to get my stuff out to the curb on a rainy day! I texted and stated the items are on the curb and had tarred so not to get wet. No reply and a no show!!!!!! I called the office again and a Brad called me back 45 minutes later stated scheduling issue
