Airconcierge.com is a retail brand of International Travel Network (ITN) - a major U.S. airline consolidator. Airconcierge is a full-service travel agency specializing in offering discount airline tickets from the U.S. to all international destinations, group travel arrangements, complex flight bookings, affordable hotel bookings, car rentals, transfers and other travel-related services.

Airconcierge focuses on providing it's clients with 24/7 live support over the phone before, during and after the booking.
Services
AirConcierge works in direct contact with airlines - no middlemen. Negotiated fares are to be sold over the phone by contract, as airlines give best online price guarantees. We are an expanding consolidator working with 5 other consolidators - the largest in the US - to offer the best deals. Accredited by the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), we started issuing tickets in-house.
An 'Exclusive Airline Deal' is a fare available only with AirConcierge. As part of the direct agreements with our partner carriers, fares marked 'Exclusive Airline Deal' may not identify the airline and the corresponding flight details until the itinerary has been requested. Once you call, we provide all the information.

HORRIBLE group!! They cancelled a 1-week, fully paid vacation home the DAY of our arrival!!! STAY far away from anything hosted by these incompetents.

DESASTER CUSTOMER SERVICE , I am not sure if this guys are in business or not. A friend of mine was going to miss his flight for the second time due to an ineffective, nonsense treatment by an AirConcierge agent. Shouldn't be of Qatar airlines airport employee empathy, my friend would have had to cancel his holiday flight to Africa. I was sadened by the delays in issuing a ticket and their attempt to DEFRAUD us at the last minute when my friend was about to check in at LAX.

Piss poor customer service!!! 2 of my 6 flights had schedule changes that I was not informed of and I missed both flights. Luckily, United Airlines was kind enough to reroute me on American Airlines so I wouldn't miss my connecting flight. But on the way home I got stuck at LAX and there were no more flights United could put me on. I tried for 2 hours to reach Air Concierge. They say they're open 24/7 but the phone just rang & rang then went to voicemail. I left several messages. 2 hours later someone called me back and was absolutely no help. The kind folks at United helped me get out of LAX but

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The sales team is very nice and helpful and really do try to help you find the best deals. HOWEVER, on the customer service support side, it's a different story. I purchased the protection plan for a ticket to make sure that if something happened I would be taken care of. WRONG. The flight they were going to exchange for me was less than what I originally paid and they still wanted me to pay extra. So, along with the fees for exchanges(about $350) I had to pay even more money for something that cost less. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he replied and said he
