Fantastic service. Lori was extremely attentive to what I was looking for in my trip to Kauai and stayed in constant contact with me throughout letting me know of best rates, keeping me informed, and making sure I had all the info I needed to make my trip memorable. She even let me know which apps to download to stay on top of things, and I ended up with a great beachfront room with a view from the balcony you usually only see on postcards. She went out of her way and it showed in the results. I highly recommend Fugazi Travel to plan your next trip.

We used a European travel agent last year and wished we had used them again for our trip this year! They make you print your own documents like train tickets, etc. the App they bragged about dropped our trip itinerary 2 days into an 18 day trip and we had to have the hotel print it for us. We had to keep referring to our emails and printed documents because there was conflicting data. The phone number for a boat tour was incorrect. Our agent gave us curt answers to our itinerary questions even though there were 3 couples-6 of us, all college educated- reading the documentation to come up with

My husband and I just got back from our vacation in Egypt. It was a tough decision to try and plan it on our own or to use a travel agency. We told some friends that we called a travel agency and they forgot that they even existed.

What a pleasure it was working with Fugazi Travel. Throughout every step of planning our honeymoon to Italy, George and Christine made such a genuine effort to ensure that our trip would be memorable. Their recommendations and advice proved to be extremely valuable. The trip was made easy! At no point did we experience the common inconveniences of being abroad. Looking back, my wife and I would not have been able to relax and enjoy our honeymoon as much as we did had it not been for the excellent itinerary and arrangements that Fugazi organized for us.

Horrible....called this morning to get some help planning a trip to Italy...spoke to someone (very rude) named Matilda, before I could even ask any questions was told that they charge $85.00 hr...called it a "Planning Fee"...wow, so unfortunate. We are native San Franciscans' and all I was really asking for was some advice/help. So disappointing. I will definitely make sure that I let people know about this company and that there are many other companies willing to help

A travel agency is only as good as the agent that serves you. Robert Romano is a top notch agent. He listens to you carefully and plans your trip down to every detail. He is an expert in all things Italian. We are now planning a trip to France and he is helping us there as well. His vacation planning is what dreams are made of. I will never plan a trip without him!!

The WORST!!! The receptionist was beyond rude, wanted to gather some information and before I could ask how they are set-up I as TOLD harshly they only worked by appointment ONLY. Sadly during the entire conversation the receptionist been NOT been friendly or NOR helpful. Might be great at their job, but their receptionist is a total J E R K....

Every small business owner knows how valuable it is to treat potential clients well...apparently The Fugazi Travel Agency doesn't have any idea about this. Learn a lesson or two from Scheuer Linens .They've got client service down to a science and make it look and feel easy. You obviously DO NOT.

My family has been using joe at fugazi travel for years! he has booked so many vacations for us - most recently to costa rica. i was not traveling with the group and needed to buy my ticket separately, so he graciously helped search for flights/routes that fit my schedule. he didn't even get a commission on it, but was still helpful and friendly.

Joe has been the most helpful and knowledgeable travel agent I have met! He has navigated us through the tour maze and made fabulous suggestions to make our travels the best and most memorable. Al Morales is an amazing travel agent! He booked a fairy tale honeymoon to Hawaii for us and an anniversary trip to Riviera Maya that was unbelievable! We had the best room with the best view and the best location! The airline travel was excellent too with upgrades and a free rental car. The details and little touches and insight to each destination was so much appreciated and added to the enjoyment of both amazing vacations! He is a wonderful person and an exceptional travel agent! Erika Chiostri put together two weeks in Spain for our honeymoon that were just perfect. We decided where we wanted to go and for how long but her contact in Spain hooked us up with the most amazing hotels. Since it was off-season and due to her connection, we stayed in places we'll never get to stay in again. It was just the most perfect trip and we couldn't have asked for anything more.
