I have had my brakes and rotors replaced here before. The mechanic does a good job. But the front desk lady is rude.
When I called to ask about brakes and rotors she said if I am price checking I need to go somewhere else. We talked and she looked up my past invoice. We set a time for the mechanic to look at my car and give me a current estimate.
When I arrived, I mentioned I was told my brake calibers need cleaned and asked if that was included with the brake service. She said no. I told her to include that in my estimate. She then tells me I seem very price conscious and if I am price checking

Turner Auto is amazing! My wife and I were in Columbus for the first time several weeks ago and had an alternator issue come up with our Honda Accord. They were able to get us in the same day and got us a brand new Honda alternator within a few hours! They saved us from what could have been a disaster in the middle of our trip and got us back on the road as quickly as possible! They were very honest with us and their pricing was very reasonable.
