My car was running loud and shaking, so I took it to get checked out by the team at Tom and Jerry’s. They found the problem with my exhaust, and rather than having me replace the entire exhaust system, they referred me to a nearby muffler shop that could do a custom repair that would be able to do it sooner and save me money. I respect their willingness to put their own financial interests aside and help customers find the best solution for their needs. Would highly recommend!

Their score is already nearly perfect but I feel the need to add something myself. My car suddenly started making a strange scraping noise, Jerry took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong with it. Very kind man, got to learn a lot of cool history of the Grandview area! 15/10 will definitely return for any auto-related things.

I’m a young woman who is not the most familiar with details about car issues and sometimes it can be intimidating, but Tom and Jerry’s made me feel welcomed and really helped to teach me about the logistics of my visit. A job well done by you guys over at Tom and Jerry’s. I dropped my car off on Tuesday needing to get an oil change, new air filter, cabin filter, 4 new wheels & alignment. I was able to pick it early Friday, with you guys needing to order the wheels & with how many cars you have ready to be worked on, I was impressed with the turnaround. I appreciate your guys’ assistance, and I will be sure to come back when my car needs some maintenance
