Pressure treated lumber is wood that has been immersed in a liquid preservative and placed in a pressure chamber that forces the preservative into the wood fibers. This approach ensures that the chemical preservative makes it to the core of each piece of wood. The most widely used chemical to treat wood is alkaline copper quat, or ACQ.
Fire treated lumber - fire retardant treated wood (FRT) - impedes flame spread and smoke development and is recognized as an alternative to materials classified as noncombustible for a range of applications. Fire treated lumber is intended for interior, weather-protected applications. Fire treated lumber provides an extra measure of safety for homeowners and may even increase escape time in the event of a fire.

They could not meet our deadline, charged us more than their estimate then billed the wrong person.
They had all sorts of hidden fees and did not sick to their original bid. AFTER a job was complete they informed me they were sending an updated invoice.
Also I got the same brand and style of flooring cheaper from lumber liquidators. Do not use them for your flooring projects

I worked with Grant and Marla, and both were extremely professional, helpful, patient and kind...not to forget the amazing receptionist, Danelle. They all worked hard to get the job done exactly as I asked. (engineered hardwood with new baseboards). The installer "Butch" was AMAZING....totally old school in his professionalism. He was respectful and tried his best to keep my house clean while installing. He worked around the huge couch I couldn't get out of the house for the job. He went the extra mile to make the baseboards line up with existing flooring over the transitions of

Steer clear, won't hardly give you the time of day. So rude and uppity. Just called, they said they didn't have anything. They were all rude, I run a construction company. I meet the requirements. I asked for a 4x6 of about 24 ft.. he said nope don't have it.. then I prodded and he has them in 20 ft sections. What a richard cranium. What happened to customer service, reevaluate your work force. Every contractor I know will be calling and reviewing .
