This is the best pharmacy in the Detroit Metro area for a number of reasons. They always have my prescriptions in stock. I feel my information is safe, secure and confidential. The pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable; yet personable. The store is conveniently located, ample parking, safe, clean and hours of operation with customers in mind. The pharmacy staff is always friendly, helpful, and competent! My last experience, I had called in the morning about a problem getting a new prescription from my doctor. The associate on the phone was very helpful and understanding and was able to get a new prescription from my doctor’s office and I was able to pick it up shortly thereafter. Easy breezy!

This pharmacy exceeded all my expectations as a returning costumer. I have never experienced a better level of customer service than I have at Lincoln RX. I am impressed by the staff’s efficiency and patience. At times it is overwhelming when filling prescriptions but the staff definitely helped with my stress levels. I feel comfortable when working with this pharmacy as their staff is kind and caring.
