Some previous work that was done on my car was done incorrectly and they told me this and gave me advice on the way to go about fixing the issue. They were kind and they truly care about their customers! Shout out to Andrew and Rick for helping me Tuesday evening. I had a part replaced by the CORE team in July 2020; since then, the part has once again failed but I have moved away. I have requested the part's warranty information and documentation from Andre for *months* now, and despite multiple attempts at civil phone calls from both myself and my new mechanic, have yet to receive any information, and have essentially been strung along on a wild goose chase of flimsy excuses. These actions do not reflect a respectable company and reek of shady business practices. Incredibly disappointing and would not recommend anyone bring their car here.

I've been coming to them for car repairs for a while now. Usually they are great. But I call them today about getting a new tire and it felt like they didn't want my business. It was just a very cold conversation that left me doubting. I told them I would go somewhere else and they seemed happy about it. I'll have to find a new place now

After taking my car to gruelichs and being very disappointed. I called core. I think his name was Andre. He was so nice and so understanding not only did he explain what's wrong with the car but he sent me pictures and explained them to me one by one. My car was a total loss so I didn't end up going with the repairs however I want everyone to know how comfortable my experience was. How informed I was about the repairs needed on my car. I definitely plan on using them in the future for my other cars. Love love love. Female friendly definitely. Not saying women can't understand cars. Some don't however

Core was one of the only shops open on a Saturday for a pre purchase inspection of my 17 Mustang GT. They were quite busy but was able to squeeze me in mush faster than expected. The inspection came back with flying colors and they even took the time to take dozens of photos and send them to me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service in the Tempe area. Thanks for the help Core!

Went looking for a good price to repair the negative battery cable for my 2016 Tahoe. CORE responded quickly with a good timeframe for when the repair could be completed at a very reasonable price compared to the other estimates I got. When dropping off the vehicle I also asked for a piece of trim to be removed from the front bumper that was starting to come apart. They removed the trim piece at no additional charge and I got my car back 2 hrs faster than estimated. Great place to bring for a quick fix on your vehicle!

Car was done for suspension wise, had 3-4 other shops look at it and this was the only shop to say "let me do some research on the part and car and will get back to you" instead of just telling me they already know what's wrong and telling me how much they needed. I took my car in to get control arms replaced and knuckle replaced and was charged less than what I got quoted for just the knuckle from other places, they also gave extra services for cheap, will be bringing my girlfriend and her family here for now on. LOVE THIS PLACE my car feels brand new now

I actually have a unique review as I started as a customer having my repair needs met and because of the excellent service I received and them being a super friendly group of guys I actually asked for an application. I now manage the facility and couldn't be happier. The companies values and beliefs are second to none and has really been a wonderful experience so far.

Michael was prompt, straightforward and very helpful in getting me back on the road! The in depth inspection message let me see what was actually going on with my vehicle so I knew for sure that it was inspected top to bottom and taken care of appropriately. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the same day like nothing happened, Highly recommend!

Soon after posting my original review I was contacted and offered a full refund. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars for this reason. The shop employees were friendly and courteous but they weren't equipped to work on my particular suspension.

The fact that this business made my car worse and still took my money rewards them with one star. I made an appointment and brought in my 2015 BMW 435i M-sport for a simple rear wheel camber alignment. They had a $75 coupon online and the dealer charges $169 so I figured why

We took our Jeep here after a car accident. The Manager did not do his job, the Jeep ended up being there for FOUR months, and at that point the insurance company got tired of their games and decided to total out the vehicle. The Manager was not getting approval from the insurance company to buy parts, etc. We had to keep calling the insurance company so they knew what was going on. We are out four car payments, four months of insurance payments and four months of rental car that all came out of our pockets and they didn't even care. The Jeep was "promised" to use mid-March

So, Core Automotive took over Performance Automotive where I previously took my car. I needed an alignment so I trusted in this new place and I think they did a good job. They said they would keep their prices in line with what Performance was charging so that's nice and they did the work quickly. I would not hesitate to bring my car back again, though hopefully I will not need to.
