I was in a bind financially and went to Greasers because I believed Chris wouldn't treat me wrong. I was wrong! He used cheap parts in my car, after I had requested ONLY Honda parts be used. I have a 2007 Honda Accord. I needed struts and a new AC blower and an actuator. Less than a year after the struts were put on they needed to be replaced, why because he used cheap parts. He replaced them because it was less than n a year however they are now making noise 2 years later again cheap parts were used. It has been 3 years 2 months since the AC blower was replaced and is now broken. The original

Greasers was great again. I needed some minor repairs done and they finally answered my message and called me back. One problem that I did have was the owner Chris wasn't there and nobody would answer the phone. I was going to send my daughter to ask them to call me when all of the sudden Chris, the mechanic, called. If I had a complaint it is that they won't answer the phone. I mean if you are in business you need to answer the phone. I understand it's hard to do your work and answer the phone but there is a hands feee gadget that is sold so people can do both to an extent

I am a little OCD when it comes to my car and I research everything. So when I needed work done I went on yelp and searched the top reviews for every auto body shop in Phoenix. After calling around to numerous I got an average price range and time frame. I asked a friend and he recommend Greasers so I decided to give them a ring.
I got Chris on the line and I could tell immediately that he was looking out for the most cost effective solution and the best option for me. Not only did he say he could get it done in a third of the time but he quoted me

Chris and his crew provide a very honest and great service. They definitely give the feel of your friendly neighborhood shop that you come back to again and again. My biggest concern when having my car looked at is trusting what the person tells me since I am clueless about horseless carriages. After three friends told me that Chris at Greasers had worked on their cars and did a great job it was a no brainer where to go when my car started smoking. Couple of days later and with a number way below the thousands I was dreading I'm back on the road and she's running better than ever. Greasers and Chris have come through with every repair challenge that our old truck and car have had since we moved here in 2012. Chris has stayed past closing several times, helped us come up with solutions for parts no longer made, and most importantly kept our repairs bills from ballooning up. I think so much of Greasers that I make sure that I take anything related to our truck or car to Greasers and Chris regardless of who else is offering what kind of deal. And if you go, be sure and take a biscuit with you to give to Odie (Odin is his formal name), the shop supervisor!

A couple of weeks back my daughter was in Tempe and her car overheated and her friend recommended Greasers which was within towing distance. Temperature of over 110 in the Phoenix shade that day. Great service, Chris stayed past closing to install a special order part. Working great with no follow-up problems. So, when the ac on my Avalon stopped working, I traveled the extra distance hoping for another good experience. I had good results again, they took the care in the morning and out that afternoon. No problems. Very fair price.
