They canceled on me 1 month before my wedding. Other makeup artists in the area are fully booked. Obviously I'm annoyed and now need to do my own makeup. They're not reliable.
In reply to their response- they write it like I requested an employee that no longer works there. I had no specific request- I had an appointment booked well in advance. If you run an event-based business don't be surprised by a bad review if you cancel on the event. One referral you gave me is booked, not yet heard from the other but regardless it would have been much better service if you passed me off to a professional

Ericka did my make up last Friday and it's hard to even put into words what an amazing experience it was! From the moment I walked in, Ericka's beaming personality gave off an incredible and positive energy to be surrounded by. Her talent and creativity is astounding and shows in her work. It's extremely obvious Ericka is passionate about what she does and takes pride in what she does. She took her time and listened, making sure I received exactly what I wanted and style I liked. But also was helpful and insightful on what would look best. She was very in tune and up to date on the latest styles

Ericka did my make up and I had the fake eyelashes. The make up she uses is great I work out everyday and sweat a lot!!. Let me tell you the eyeliner and fake eyelashes stayed on for three days, she did such a good job that i was getting compliments from everyone at work and at the gym. Thanks Ericka i will be seeing you more often
