Pantex Ennerflo builds custom and standard engineered Lubrication Oil Systems for the Oil & Gas and energy industries. We design and manufacture both Synthetic and Mineral Oil systems to API-614 standards. In our 60-year history we've worked with major turbine OEMs as well as clients around the world looking for customized solutions for various applications.
Pantex Ennerflo Systems works with customers to design and fabricate simple or complex Liquid Fuel Systems. We build fuel systems for any highly flammable petroleum substance. Typical Applications include Diesel #2 and Naphtha. Working closely with our customers' requirements, we design electrical and mechanical components and control panels that are intuitive and require minimal maintenance.
Pantex Ennerflo Systems designs and builds completely custom Auxiliary Control Skids, including those for Hydraulic Start, Turbine Cooling, Water Wash and other auxiliary functions required by our customers. Skids are mounted in close proximity to the main turbine and are connected via piping in the field.
Our Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) are custom designed and built for various industrial applications as per customer requirements. Each unit is self-contained and designed to accommodate any power source and operating pressure. Typical design packages integrate pumps, reservoirs, relief valves, and filter and pressure valves.
Pantex Ennerflo designs and fabricates completely custom hydraulic and pneumatic valve actuators for use across multiple industries. Valve actuators can be produced in any size and to any specifications to meet our customers' specific requirements. Pantex Ennerflo engineers some of the most sophisticated and dependable actuator control systems on the market today.
