When we were starting the process of buying our second home and selling our townhouse I know I was going to reach out to Gary Ericson Jr. he was amazing when we were buying our townhouse and I considered him more then a real estate agent he is a friend. Not only did we find our dream home with him but he was amazing throughout the entire process. He got us a great deal was their every step of the way. He also sold our townhome and was amazing. I knew when the time came to purchase a home I was going to call Gary Jr to help in the process. When we were looking Gary would walk door to door in the neighborhoods that I was interested in to see if anyone was interested in selling. Once we found a house I told Gary to make it happen, we were bidding against a handful of prospected buyers at asking price and out of all of them Gary made it happen and we won.
