I cannot say enough amazing things about staying in the Backstay Condo! It is literally an oasis tucked away in the most most picturesque and quaint town. The condo has all the amenities including the most comfortable beds, huge kitchen and the icing on top is the huge screened in porch!
The food choices are all within walking distance and are outstanding!! The restaurants are nestled in by the marina and pool and all are within walking distance.
If you are looking for the perfect vacation, girls weekend, wedding venue accommodations or just a place to regain your balance, THIS is it!! Relaxing

We had the ABSOLUTE BEST stay last weekend at the Backstay!! I cannot begin to tell you how exquisite this beautiful condo is and perfect! The location is ideal and within walking distance of the Yawl cafe and the Yacht Club- both have amazing food! The marina offers kayaks and breathtaking views. But the best views come from the screened in patio on the balcony of the spacious and beautifully appointed condo!! Don't miss staying at the Backstay!!

Beth Frazer guided us to our new vacation home while we currently live 900 miles away. We stayed at Dragon Island rental with our large family group and loved it! The staff at Beth Frazer and Assoc. was wonderful to work with and gave us feed back on the few things we noticed that needed attention. The house and location were both perfect for our family. The only thing that affected us is negatively is that the bathroom door (slider) couldn't be latched and locked. (They are aware and will be addressing it.)

Used this office for a vacation rental. Rental house lost heat in the middle of winter then had squirrels in the attic. What a disaster! But, they were friendly and eventually fixed the problems. We decided to use them to find a house to buy. Made multiple calls to inquire about properties for sale. Never returned our calls.
