My husband and I had such a wonderful experience! We cannot thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism and gorgeous products! They made what I thought was going to be a sad day about switching my wedding band into a magical one by allowing me to keep my original engagement ring and set it between a ring enhancer and use that as my hand! I’m IN LOVE! It’s been about a month since we’ve received our rings back and I’m extremely happy with them!

Place saved me. I needed my wife's diamond ring repaired before a family wedding event. They said they would be able to do it and not to wish about it. While I was there, they were able to show me the cause of the problem(broken prong) AND they showed me that the other prongs needed to be re-tipped. If my wife would have lost that diamond she hqve cried(so would I). I love this jewelry store, and the wedding was a success!

Amazing customer service! I recently got engaged and needed to get my ring resized. I called many jewelers in the area and all of them had a 2-3 week wait since it such a busy season. Grace Jewelers was able to resize my ring and have it back to me the next day. (There is a small rush fee, but it is totally worth it.) The ring was still a little small when I picked it up, which was my fault for choosing the wrong size. I brought the ring back and the jeweler worked with me to figure out my correct size, then had it ready again the same day. He did such an amazing job and my ring fits perfectly

Brought a ring in 2 weeks ago to sell. Owner offered $2500.00. Decided to see what other jewlers would offer. Decided to go back to, Grace Jewelers. Asked the owner if he was still willing to pay $2500 for it. He looked at the same exact ring and said it wasn't the quality he was looking for. Seemed a little rude and vindictive.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I took a David Yurman ring in to have it resized. The jeweler confirmed that it was in fact a DY and told me DY pieces are tricky and tend to crack. To avoid this they told me he would have to use a laser (at a higher price) to perform the work. They told me the piece would be ready in 10 - 14 days. They even went so far as to tell me that it might be done sooner and that they'd call to let me know.

Grace Jewelers were very professional! I worked with the owner himself to adjust my watch and necklace. Both turned out perfect-much better than I anticipated because of his suggestions and flexibility. Also, he purchased my older diamonds at a price we were both happy with. Their staff is friendly and helpful and their jewelry is beautiful. Will definitely be visiting them again when I order a larger diamond!

I've been a customer with Grace Jewelers for years. The customer care really makes you feel like family. It's a pleasure doing business with this company. The family atmosphere gives you a feeling of having your own personal jewelers. The personal feel is just what you need when you purchase a special piece for that special someone. I've named the owner Grace because he gracefully takes care of all your jewelry needs. I've purchased very nice pieces from Grace and had a lot of my old pieces repaired. Being new to the Bristow area and wanting to find a jeweler, I found Grace Jewelers in the Gateway plaza. I entered and was greeted with a smile. All I really needed was a watch battery. With Christmas on the way I decided to take a look at a pair of earrings for my wife. I was led to the perfect pair with a great price for my wife due in April of next year. Quick friendly service. They were quick to make a second adjustment for a watch band I'd previously had sized, and they gave my wife options for replacing a necklace clasp more to her liking and at a very reasonable price. It's a nice shop with a fair selection at the ready, but they do custom jewelry as well. It's great to have an option for a local jeweler instead of a mall store. We'll definitely be back again!

I took my wife's engagement and wedding rings here for some repairs and to have all 3 pieces fused together. The staff was very professional and friendly, the service provided was reasonably priced, and my wife was very pleased with the final product. I have always favored supporting local small businesses so when I heard about Grace Jewelers I knew I had to stop by. I walked into the store with an average expectation that I would receive good service, but I walked out with much more. I have now found a neighborhood jewelry store I can trust and appreciate! The gentleman behind the counter made me feel confident and ensured me my repair on my valuable emerald ring would be speedy and efficient, and so it was! I purchased my wife's engagement ring 3 years ago at Grace jewellers. We both love the ring, and added the wedding band at the appropriate time.
We went into Grace Jewellers yesterday to look for a nice bracelet, and because her rings were slipping off of her finger: get her rings re-sized.
Initially we we told re-sizing would be $150. My wife told the clerk we had purchased the ring there in the store.
The clerk excused herself and sought out one of the senior people at Grace.
In due time, she came back and stated the charge would be $100.
Now perhaps I'm old fashioned and out of touch

My husband and I stopped in here this afternoon to inquire about rhodium plating for my engagement ring which is now 12 years old. I'm always reluctant to hand over my ring but boy am I glad I did! Yowza does it ever sparkle now! I clean it regularly but the gentleman behind the counter explained that they check the prongs and clean it with acid before applying the plating. We dropped it off, went to the movies, and picked it up when the movie was over! Awesome customer service and a gorgeous result. I'm not sure my solitaire looked this good out of the box.

I went to Grace Jewelers based on the reviews and I was very disappointed with the customer service and watch repair. The man behind the counter was more concerned about a couple looking at various pieces of jewelry than acknowledging I was waiting for service too. When I asked about watch repair he seemed to be put out by my request. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Grace Jewelers is great! I took in a diamond bracelet to have the clasp repaired, and a Tiffany bracelet to be deep cleaned. Final results. Fabulous! Grace Jewelers did a great job. My husband and I was very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Grace Jewelers for jewelry repair. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice.

I bought a ring for my now fiancé from somewhere else that did not fit and had to be sized down 3 sizes. Of course I had to return the ring but the owner personally duplicated the ring and got it to me as fast as possible. This business is outstanding and they customize everything. He did not ask me for any money up front. He called me when it was ready and I came in and paid. If I didn't like it then I know he would of corrected it. I will be coming here for any jewelry in the future and I should of came here for all jewelry in the past. Absolutely Amazing.

I went here based on the Yelp reviews and boy am I glad I did. The owner is so personable and kind. He took my Grandmother's wedding band and my mother's engagement ring and made me a whole new custom set. It is stunning and he delivered exactly on schedule. It is worth the price to have something done with such care and concern. Our appraisals were done on other pieces and everything was so professional. I will never use another jeweler again. The quality and craftsmanship is impeccable. Worth every penny. On top of it all I just received a hand written Christmas card from the owner

I have a custom necklace from Grace Jewelers and it's beautiful. It's a round design with diamonds. I like my jewelry to sparkle and this piece certainly does! The craftsmanship is top notch! I have had watch batteries replaced and had some repair work done to my husband's naval academy ring and, again, the craftsmanship brought his ring back to "its former glory". He was so pleased with the end result. It was more than he could have asked for. I have purchased several other pieces from Grace Jewelers and will continue to go there because of the customer service
