If you are looking for a particular level of customer service, I can not recommend Lloyd strongly enough. He went way above all expectations, and he also made it clear on several occasions that he excelled in this way simply because he wanted us to be happy. I was looking for a security company that fixes my home security alarm system, and was referred to his company. Lloyd returned my call in a prompt manner. Kept me updated when he couldn't arrive on time. He was professional and courteous on the phone. Told me the upfront costs of whatever issue I needed fixing. I am very satisfied with his work. He got all my issues resolved. Would use him again the next time.

Lloyd (with TruBold Security) came over to my house to diagnose and fix my faulty alarm system. Now to have someone come into your house and deal with something like a security issue, you need to have someone you can trust. He was very professional in his visit.
