As a company born and raised in New England, we know firsthand what a toll our weather can take on your property. Especially along our coastal regions! This is why we have made our industrial and marine division a special focus, investing time and resources into learning how to best meet your unique, specialized needs.
Thanks to our long, wet New England winters, the window for exterior sandblasting, painting, and coating can be somewhat limited. As a solution, we've designed a space for in-shop surface preparation and coating in a controlled environment. Any elements that can be transported are brought right to our facility, sandblasted, primed, painted/coated, then returned and installed.
There are numerous factors continuously working against your concrete: foot traffic, machinery, equipment, commodities being moved from place to place, moisture intrusion, age, and more. What can start as a small problem will quickly grow into a large-scale liability, especially here in New England where we have high moisture content, freeze/thaw cycles in the winter, and other seasonal and environmental strains.
