Dr. Keith Sanger is a Rochester native. He graduated from Niagara University and The University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He has 25 years experience treating patients with his dental enterprise and professional, friendly manner. He enjoys developing many trusting long-term relationships with his patients.
At Sanger Dental at the Basin, we believe that good oral hygiene habits and preventative measures are key to strong oral health. By allowing, our dental professionals to examine and clean your teeth every six months, you can keep your smile strong and healthy. Plus, regular exams are a way for us to detect potential problems - like disease or decay - early on, before the issue becomes significant or causes permanent damage.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

Dr. Sanger and his staff are top notch. I have terrible bruxism and migraine. My health insurance stopped covering Botox and I searched high and low for a dentist to give me my injections. Dr. Sanger is EXCELLENT at Botox. I feel very cared for at this office and look forward to my appointments every few month.

My long-term dentist retired. I attended a event hosted at and was impressed with Dr. Sanger's personable approach and the testimony of 700+ patients following him from Greece to the Basin, without being recruited! Yesterday, after a couple of days dealing with tooth pain, I called… the office. Because I was in pain they said they would see me the same day. I had a filling replaced and it was not only the easiest dental procedure which I have experienced, the cost was very budget respectful! I highly recommend you check out their dental services.

Dr. Sanger and his staff are great!! They are so accommodating and helpful. I’m getting married in a week and have never been so scatter brained, I was running 20 minutes late and totally expected to not be seen. They worked it out and made some space for me and he even cleaned up the edges of my front teeth. Going back for whitening next week! Could not recommend them enough!

Dr. Sanger is amazing! For almost 30 years I’ve dealt with brown spots on my two top front teeth and I’ve always been so self conscious about them. I had braces for two years when I was younger and was actually excited to have them so the spots would be covered. It was a shame that once my teeth were perfectly straight I was still unhappy with my… smile. After going to Dr. Sanger he bonded the teeth and now you would never know there were spots on them! They look fantastic and I’m beyond happy with my smile. I’m getting married next month and now I’m even more

I’ve been a patient of Dr Keith Sanger for more than 25 years and I’m thrilled my children are now also patients of Dr Sanger. His entire team is experienced, professional, and caring. Dr. Sanger is the best! As a child I chipped my front tooth pretty badly, and this past year he redid my bond as an adult. He did such an amazing job, you can’t even tell it ever happened! I am getting married this year, and will have such a beautiful smile in my pictures thanks to him. His new office at the basin is just gorgeous! I highly recommend Dr. Sanger and his team, you will not be disappointed!

I'm sure their are a lot of good dentists in the Rochester area, but Dr Sanger is the best. I recently had a filling fail me from another dentist that was less than 2 years old. I decided to switch to Dr Sanger at that point based on word of mouth of how good he was. He met with me after hours to redo my filling and did an amazing job! He genuinely cares about all his patients and it shows in his care and quality of his work. If your looking for the very best dentist in the Rochester area, go see Dr Sanger.
