Complete sham! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. Only live voice is the scheduler. No manager on-site. Despite multiple requests to have the manager call me, I have yet to talk to one. No physical office, just the call center. Worst experience with any appliance repair service I have ever used. If zero stars were an option, I would give them that rating.

Need your refrigerator repaired? DON’T call Accel Appliance Repair. Warning - I called for a service call with Accel Appliance, completely misled by their website. I thought they were local but they are apparently more of a dispatch service. Showed 5 star Google rating in website - but if you go and actually check Google or Yelp, rating way lower. There is a $70 diagnostic fee. The tech thought that would come off bill. He was wrong.
They sent out an independent tech. Said he would order the part and be back later that day. Asked for $200 for part up front cash or check, even though website

They must contract out bc the people who came were riding in an old Buick and unprofessionally dressed. They were nice enough so we gave them a chance. But then they had to order a part, then they kept missing times to return and finish the job. Then they wanted everything paid in cash. Then we had to keep asking for a receipt. Clearly this company doesn't care who they refer their business out to.

I liked the service we received from chris f. from seattle appliance who came out to diagnose and fix our fan motor on our Maytag refrigerator. Occasionally, the fan gets exceedingly noisy unlike the stock fan that came w/our fridge. That's not chris' fault. He did a good job and we're thankful for his service. Erik
