I bought a house last year that needed many updates (new kitchen, floors, bathroom vanities, adding screened in porch, etc), and hired LOBO Builders as a recommendation from another contractor. There were a couple of hiccups on my part that caused the beginning of my work to be delayed a few months, and LOBO was very understanding and accommodating. I needed to live in the house while the work was being done, and my comfort and access to utilities was one of their first priorities. I have heard plenty of horror stories from family and friends of living through a remodel/update, but I couldn't have

Thomas Wolfe and his team at Lobo Builders are professional, responsive and provide high quality work. He came out and listened to the vision for upgrades and additions for our office space/house built in the early 1900s and respected our budget constraints, working with me to determine the best options for our project. Thomas and his team did an incredible job designing and installing an insulated sunroom we will use for specialized therapies. We also had the roof replaced (it's a complicated one) and when an issue with a subcontractor arose, Thomas was personally in touch with me and took care

Fantastic company and team! Lobo has done a few projects for us over the years, starting with an amazing renovation of an early-1900s cabin in our backyard. Everyone we've worked with is prompt, has great attention to detail, and most importantly, they're good listeners/communicators. Highly recommend Lobo for any of your design-build needs!

I cannot adequately express what a pleasure it has been to work with the team from Lobo Builders. Thomas was an outstanding listener and understood our vision from the outset of our project. Karl and MartÃn were a dream team, on site bright and early every day. Communication was easy as pie, our questions were answered patiently and respectfully, and we had ZERO concerns about workmanship. Lauren coordinated all the pieces of our puzzle with ease and made sure that everything was going perfectly. Our standards are high, and our expectations were exceeded at every turn throughout this project.

We used Lobo for an addition to our 1940's house (Kitchen remodel/Living room and Master Suite addition). We love the outcome and Lobo was ideal to work with on this project. An addition during a pandemic can be stressful at times but Lobo went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be happy with the final product. They made it easy to give and receive ideas before and during the build. Lobo will be our go to for any future projects. Special shoutout to Ric, Thomas, and Lauren for their patience and professionalism!
