Josh and Ronnie rewired the lighting in my kitchen, removing 4 chandeliers and adding 6 pod lights, a light above the sink and two pendants above my peninsula as well as 2 sconces flanking the fireplace. They switched out the dining room and foyer lights as well as the lights in two bathrooms, removed a dining room light to switch to a fan with light and added a fan with light to our family room.

It is a pleasure to give A&B Renovations a five star review. Josh runs an operation that really does go above and beyond in the quality and thoroughness of their work and in excellent communication. They are mindful of the impact of their work on their surroundings and were gracious in scheduling work around guests of our business. We had other contractors give us bids on repair of windows original to a 150 year old house, but most just wanted to take them out and replace them. Josh did not over promise as he didn't know what he would find, but he was able to make them all operational, then painted

We had Josh and team come out and give us a quote on putting on a new deck for our new house. We don't live in the area so we were pleasantly surprised to have him meet us when we could and gave us a fair price on all the work we wanted done. Having construction done on your home when you are not in the same state can be a little stressful, but Josh did everything he said he would, in the time frame he gave us and the work came out beautifully! Josh and Ron from A&B Renovations did an amazing job on our partial kitchen remodel! They replaced our old tile floor and added a tiled back splash and backdrop for our new stove and vent hood. The job included plumbing and electrical work as well as dealing with the peculiarities of a 100 yr old home. They were professional, neat, timely and pleasant to have around. This was the second project Josh did for us and won’t be the last!

We searched for several months for a contractor for our home remodeling project. We liked A&B renovations from our first meeting. We are very hands-on homeowners and have done significant renovations on the house ourselves but this project was just too big for us.
