I have only gone here for osteopathic work on my leg and neck, so I can only speak for that piece of this large facility.
My initial visit included a very thorough stack of paperwork that covered my current injury, past injuries, and personal info for records. After that I was fairly quickly whisked into the back where they said they would be X raying my neck...what? Not sure if there was a mix up on my behalf or theirs but I assured the tech that we did not need to do this. He didn't argue and pleasantly brought me to my room for intake and to wait for my doctor.
