Jerry was a pleasure to work with! He was punctual on arrival, very thorough when explaining all forms that needed signed to me, along with explaining the actual process. Jerry was very personable during my inspection and made me feel very at ease as I was nervous because this is my first home purchase process! Jerry was thorough while going through the home and since I've already been living in the home he took the time to check on any concerns I had. Our experience with Jerry was excellent, Personal and informative. He explained everything that was being examined and was patient with all our questions. Jerry was super friendly with our son and all around it was a great experience. We are first time home owners and were nervous about the inspection but Jerry made sure that by the end of it, everyone was laughing and comfortable. Jerry is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a home inspector. I have had inspections in the past where they just go about their job and and hand you a report later. That didn't happen here. He was very accommodating and encouraged me to shadow him as he did the inspection and ask questions about anything I might not fully understand. He gave incredibly valuable feedback and explained every detail that he was recording. At the end, a flag and a handy book on home maintenance were very nice bonuses. First time home buyer here! Jerry did our inspection and was so friendly and helpful. He encouraged my fiancé and I to shadow him and ask him questions. He made sure we understood what he was looking at and for simple fixes he gave a brief explanation of what we could do to remedy the issue. Neither of us have much home maintenance knowledge but he made an overwhelming step as least chaotic as possible and left us leaving like we truly had an idea of what we could expect moving forward.
