What is radon? Radon is a radioactive gas produced when uranium in soil decays; it can be found all over the United States. Radon gas moves up through the ground into your home through cracks and holes in the foundation, becoming trapped inside. The EPA estimates that about one out of every 15 homes has elevated radon levels.

Kevin is a phenomenal very detailed expert in home inspections. I am a 1st time home buyer and he walked me through all my questions and concerns. Kevin was extremely easy to reach in order to get the home inspection process started. We needed a home inspection fairly quickly and he scheduled one for us during the same week that we called him.
