Chateau by the Sea is a very well managed and maintained property. All the other tenants were courteous and respectful of the rules and regs. Kelsy was very helpful and responsive to questions. Altogether this made for a very enjoyable 2-week stay. If we find ourselves returning to Cocoa Beach, this is where we want to stay.

Everything was wonderful but for those very picky people, I would bring sheets. I’m not a princess but I can’t stand microfibre. The beds were very comfortable just with the waterproof matt pad and microfibre sheets, those middle of the night sweats were a bit unpleasant. But like I said, most people it wouldn’t bother, unless you’re used to cotton. Very roomy accommodations with plenty of room and storage for everyone. Would recommend and return.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach! Very helpful owner. We stayed in Chateau by the Sea #506. This condo was clean, safe and the perfect location to restaurants and attractions. Easy drive for Disney day trips. They provide all the stuff for a relaxing beach day with close location to pier for lunch or dinner.

If we need anything they are so so fast to respond! We have nothing but nice things to say about them and their staff. Rooms always fully stocked. Towels and linens and beach towels are plentiful! Try them you can’t go wrong!

We vacation in Cocoa Beach every year and are thrilled to have discovered the Chateau by the Sea.
The clean, spacious accommodations offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax, and the staff are friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. We stayed in #207 and the balcony view was absolutely fantastic! Conveniently located next to the Cocoa Beach Pier, with restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good about our experience renting this property at Canaveral Towers with Kelsy from Stay in Cocoa Beach. The location was awesome, kitchen was fully stocked and beds were so comfy! The view from the deck overlooking the ocean was amazing! We loved how close a walk it was to the beach. I especially appreciated the easy communication with Kelsy; she was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and was especially kind to bring an extra beach umbrella for us to use during our stay there. This condo was just right for our family of 7. I would definitely recommend staying

We stayed at Paradise Beach Club. The unit was a spacious two level ocean view condo. Steps away from the beach. We had a beautiful view of the night sky and if there was a launch you would have been able to see it clearly. The unit was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay! The Stay in Cocoa Beach staff was amazing to work with. We will be back!

Stay in Cocoa Beach is an absolutely amazing group to work with! Jaclyn, Drew, and Kelsy are beyond attentive, communicate efficiently, and are incredibly kind. We have stayed with them multiple times over the past 3 years at four of their properties and each and every property has been clean, stocked, and the perfect home away from home. Do not hesitate to book with them, I know we will for years to come.

Our stay at the Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach Florida was absolutely fabulous!!! Everything from making the reservation through our last day at the great facility was awesome. The location is great and the condo was super clean and nice as well as the entire Club. The pool is right on the beach and it was just like sitting on the beach without the sand. Paradise Beach Club is very well maintained and we one great experience. It is close to restaurants and shopping. I ill definitely return for many more vacations there and would highly recommend the Paradis Beach Club in Satellite Beach

Kelsey is a dream to work with, the stay was the perfect relaxation we all needed! Very friendly lady named Jan that keeps up with everything and she was just so great to our kiddos when they were at the pool, treats and snacks! The cleanliness is on point and the modern flow of the condo was wonderful. Close to all the best shops and restaurants, especially Twistee Treat that was the kids favorite after beach treat! I am so looking forward to doing this again next year! Booking and check and out was effortless, truly the best vacation I've ever had!!
