All units have two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) with ample closet space and one full bathroom. Large family/breakfast area with ocean views. The futon sofas fold out to full-size beds and are ideal for children or additional guests. Furnished patios and balconies make a great place for a cup of coffee or glass of wine!

From entertainment options just down the street to the attractions in Orlando, you are sure to find something for everyone. The "World's Largest Surf Shop" is a landmark just south of the SR 520 thoroughfare into Cocoa Beach.

Cocoa Beach Villas consists of a total of four, direct oceanfront units, each with two bedrooms and one full bath. Units can accommodate a maximum of six guests. Every unit has one king bed, one queen bed, and two full-size pull-out futon couches in the living room. Yes, Yes, Yes! Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and more can be found in the beach closet in the laundry room.

Jeanne of Cocoa Beach Villas does an amazing job with this property. It is spotless and has all the amenities of home. A comfortable king bed and queen bed make the nights very easy to sleep.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax, sit on the beach and listen to the waves at night.

This place is so calm and beautiful. We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and we loved it! This place was easy to find and it has plenty of packing space (both indoors and outdoors). You are literally at a few steps from the beach. This is a small complex with 4 apartments but they are plenty spacious and equipped with everything you need and more! You can sit down in the backyard and enjoy the view or have an awesome day at the beach. The people around the area are nice and friendly! I would've stayed here forever, I will come back!!

We love this condo and have been going here for vacation for more than 10 years. Friends and family can join us by staying in the second bedroom or by renting a second or third unit.
Units have white tile floors with a fun, beachy decor. Often have a launch scheduled during our visit - which is viewable from the front lawn, and of course, from the beach.
Definitely a gem on the beach.

What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet, wonderful beach, enclosed garage, laundry facilities and even some beach chairs and beach toys located in the storage area. A little ways from down town but away from the noise and excitement. I've stayed there several times and highly recommend it for your vacation!
