Chase and his team at Dragonfly is amazing! We had two dreaded issues - our AC not working when it started to get hot and our heating not working when it started to get cold - not fun in Texas! Chase was out the same day and offered a comprehensive overview of the issue and a fair price for the fix. He and his team got us on the calendar and all fixed up in no time! We felt very comfortable we got a honest and fair deal and the workmanship has held up great! Highly recommended.

I have been using Dragonfly Mechanical for probably 15 years now, including a new Trane system several years back. I was sad to learn James Moore was retiring to Florida last year and assumed Dragonfly was shutting the doors for good. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text from Tonya about my Fall HVAC maintenance check. Chase, the new owner, arrived yesterday and performed a system diagnostic check on both the heating and cooling equipment. I called Chase "after hours" I think...I had no idea what time it was. I just know that I came home after work, and there was no cold air! My friend told me to call Dragon Fly Mechanical. I called the number after two others didn't answer.
A guy by the name of Chase answered the phone as he was on his way home as well. I let him know what was going on... kids in their way home etc. Chase asked my address and headed over. He got to my house in about 20 minutes, had me up and running about an hour later after replacing my indoor fan motor. I never knew I was actually dealing with

Last summer our downstairs A/C unit went out and the house was heating up quickly. I called Dragonfly Mechanical and they were super responsive. I told them that my elderly mother lived with us and immediately they escalated the ticket.
The service man came to the house fully prepared to fix whatever needed fixing. He was in and out in a jiffy and super considerate. The bill was extremely reasonable as well.

Would highly recommend! Like many others, the extreme heat yesterday caused our A/C to stop working. I called multiple other businesses who were booked for the next 1-2 days. Dragonfly was able to come the same day. Seth was able to quickly identify and repair the problem and our home was feeling cooler before he could even drive away. We are very thankful for the excellent service we received from Dragonfly today and they will definitely be our first call for any future HVAC needs.

These guys are truly the best I have worked with. They are fair, honest, and very responsive. We have used them for both maintenance and installing a new system in our previous house and now again in another house that had a very old system in it. With the new systems they gave us options and explained each one telling us pros and cons. They never tried to oversell us on things we did not need.

I love these guys, they are so professional and they spent a long time going over my dinosaur AC unit, checking it out, cleaning it off, replacing old parts and telling me what to do in order to keep it clean. From talking with Susan over the phone, the tech guy who came out to my home, all I can say is wow, wow and more wow! Why can't all service be THIS AMAZING!!! I noticed one evening that the downstairs part of our house was getting warm. I went outside and found the compressor was not running. But then, it kicked on again - without the fan that blows over the condenser coils running. Oops!
Since the owner lives in our neighborhood, even though I had not met him, I found their website and requested service. It wasn't completely urgent as our upstairs system was running fine and there is another bedroom there.
I received a call back from them the next morning and they said someone could come that day but it would be late. I said no problem as the upstairs

Update...it is now almost 8pm and my upstairs will be the desired temp by the time my girls go to sleep! The level of service we received from James and Paul was unparalleled. They took the time to modify other components to maximize efficiency and quality all in the customers best interest. I hate to write this review because I initially really felt good about these guys. They came out about a year ago and replaced an evaporator coil on our AC. Tech was great and they were prompt and courteous. They have a one year warranty on their work....
Well about two weeks before the warranty was up we noticed the house wasn't cooling. Called Dragonfly and on a Sunday afternoon they sent someone right over.

After maybe fifteen minutes of inspecting the tech informed me that it was not the evaporator coil this time - which is too bad because that would have been under warranty
