While on my way to an appointment at Froedtert, I ran over debris on the roadway causing damage to two tires. The tire pressure light popped on and I knew I needed to get help immediately. I fortunately pulled into Heppe's and Scott though busy and short handed, said he could help get me back on the road. I did not know the area well and was miles away from home, so I felt pretty desperate. Scott had me back on the road to home in two hours time. I was provided excellent customer service and am grateful that fate brought me to Heppe's.

Amazing mechanic shop. My brother is a diesel mechanic and everything the mechanic said what was wrong with my car was something definitely needed as per my brother. They are very reliable, quick, and do a good job.
Highly recommend. They clearly value professionalism, know their stuff, and do a quick and excellent job.

My brakes were making awful noises, but my car has over 220,000 miles on it so it's not surprising. They diagnosed and repaired my brakes all in one afternoon and my car runs like new. I didn't realize the difference good brakes make in my overall driving, not just when braking. Thanks, Wes!

This place is a joke. Most overpriced place in Milwaukee. Charged me 800 for a starter on a 06 accord, tire has been flat everyday ever since. They did a brake job for me without telling me my break lines were leaking (lol) they also overcharged for that as well. More damage to my car on that trip when my muffler fell off the day I got it back and they said it wasn’t them. Don’t even do a slight glance at anything other than what you brought your car in for not even your oil. Overpriced and unprofessional, only bring your car in here if you have absolutely no other option and have a lot of

I met a car buyer here for an inspection on my car today. I think $40 is completely fair for an inspection and test drive for a pre purchase inspection. They were friendly, kind and courteous. They care about your car as they use temporary paper floor mats so your car is not dirtied by there shop boots. I appreciate that. Thank you. Other customers that were in the shop were treated very well. Lovingkindness goes a long way.

Thought I would give this shop a chance since I live a few blocks......what a mistake! I told them what i thought needed to be done and wanted a inspection was told to bring it in but never told there was a fee of $40 for that. The prices they quoted me were way to high so i declined work. If your going to charge somebody a fee make them aware of that, went back and for with the owner about that being rude qnd he could care less wouldn't recommended to anyone wasted my time and money thumbs done for me SMH!
