Frank Khalil represents clients throughout California in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters, including leasing and lease disputes, landlord-tenant issues, unlawful detainer actions (evictions), mechanics' liens, ADA compliance, and other contract and property rights matters; entity formations (corporations, LLCs, partnerships); estate planning (trusts, wills, and power of attorneys), and with the administration after the loss of a loved one.
We understand that our clients do not have endless budgets for legal matters. Our office is itself a small business and we pride ourselves on being sensitive to the budgets of our clients - we strive to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible, without sacrificing quality. Our fees are charged at reasonable hourly rates which are competitive with for attorneys in the Bay Area.
We provide a free 30 minute telephone consultation which involves talking generally about your legal issues and identifying a general sense of the work involved to achieve the best possible outcome. As the next step in the process, we offer in-person meetings by appointment - as part of our service-oriented approach to practicing law, we can meet at our office or at a location convenient to you.
