Cupping is the use of small glass cups or bulbs to suction, or pull up on skin and muscles. This technique releases muscle tension and promotes blood flow to certain areas of the body. Beckie uses cupping often to alleviate muscle pain and tension, especially in the back, hips, shoulders, and neck.

Beckie McLeod is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a client. She is amazing at explaining all of the benefits of each, and really takes the time to ask how you have been feeling the week previously so she can adjust and customize your treatment. I found Mrs Beckie by chance, a friend had a Groupon and couldn't use it and gave it to me. It was the best gift ever!! My life has changed for the better and I couldn't be happier. She helped with infertility and hormone balance. I see her when I'm stressed and can't sleep. She is the most patient and understanding person and really takes her time getting to know me and what areas to focus on.

I have been going to see Becky at Healthy Haven Acupuncture for over 4 years. She has been able to help me with so many things. I initially started to see her after I was in a car accident for pain management and she was recommended to me by my primary care physician. I also was dealing with secondary fertility at the time and figured it couldn't hurt to try acupuncture as well since we had tried all of the conventional medicine avenues. She was able to help me manage my pain while I healed from my accident and also I became pregnant with my second child. I have had additional health challenges

I have now seen Becky for about a year and she is fantastic. Not only does she really try to get to know you, both from a state of mind and physical condition standpoint, but she also listens closely to you. I used to think massages where the be all end all for me but I quickly discovered that Becky’s methods help me out more than anything, whether it is acupuncture, cupping or scraping. When I see her not only do my pains improve but my mental side also gets a recharge. Great recommendation for anyone who is looking for a new way of taking care of you mind and body.
