This 90 minute session includes a thorough review of your medical history, treatment planning, acupuncture treatment, and, if appropriate, dietary and exercise recommendations, herbal consultation, moxibustion, cupping or manual therapy. Follow up treatments will last approximately 50-60 minutes and may include acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, manual therapy and herbal consultation.
A wide range of women's health concerns are common throughout one's lifespan. We believe that women should not have to endure symptoms and that with the right support, women can regain balance over unwanted symptoms! Endocrine: hyper and hypothyroid, fertility related endocrine problems, metabolic disorders.
Treating pain and injuries is both fascinating and rewarding because acupuncture can provide profound relief and quicken healing. Often, pain is markedly reduced in the first treatment. By three treatments, you will likely have a clear sense to what degree acupuncture can help. Acupuncture treatment for pain reduction is proven to be so effective, in fact, that the U.S. military now employs acupuncturists for this purpose.

Jackie is AMAZING!!!! I started treatment with her just after my second miscarriage. I wanted hope and peace of mind and an escape from the crazy of the world. How do I even start? Jackie is so incredible in staying present with me as she carefully customizes the proper treatment that I need each visit. I’ve been to several acupuncturists in the past, and Jackie’s method is calm, knowledgeable, caring and nurturing. And man, is it effective. After every treatment I feel grounded, I sleep better that night, and my bodily systems feel balanced with energy flowing after feeling stagnant in areas. Jackie is as caring as she is knowledgeable. Your whole self will be cared for here, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Jackie takes detailed notes, listens with empathy, makes informed, personalized recommendations, and has a great sense of humor. Jackie is the absolute best! She takes her time to really get to know you (physically, mentally, emotionally), your body and your needs. At every session, she is completely focused on you and takes detailed notes. She has many suggestions for increasing fertility and maintaining a healthy pregnancy. For my first pregnancy, I saw her 3-4 times before I found out I was pregnant! I know that time frame won't be the same for everyone, but we felt very lucky to have such great success so quickly. I saw her weekly through my first trimester and sailed through with no adverse symptoms. I am at the end

I can’t say enough good things about Modern Oriental Medicine. I started seeing Jackie a month ago for infertility. She is so knowledgeable and truly shows interest in getting my body on track for a baby. I just found out after only 4 weeks of acupuncture that I am pregnant, NATURALLY!!! After traveling from Michigan to visit family in Denver, I was having a great deal of pain in my back and hips. I contacted Modern Oriental Medicine to see if they could offer me any relief. I have had acupuncture treatments at home, but Jackie's technique and attention to detail went way above and beyond my other treatments. The office is very inviting and you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door with both Jackie and Grant. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find relief from their pain.
