We have had two 5th wheel RV's and sold our last to a couple who lost everything in the Paradise fire a few years ago. Recently we started looking to get back in RVing.
Checked out RVMAX on the recommendations of both a friend who purchased a 5th wheel there and another friend who owns a RV repair business nearby. Met Steve, a salesman and had the most enjoyable experience. As we were on a budget we were able to purchase a little used, 13-year old travel trailer that had just arrived on the lot.

We bought our Travel Trailer from RV Max last summer and we love it. It has been amazing. But why Im writing the review is because of the great customer service by Jenna and her dad. We had some issues with our trailer and most of them were my fault. We had a very steep drive way that caused damage to our trailer and I caused damage crashing my trailer into things. I took it back and they went above and beyond to take care of me and fixed our trailer up! Jenna's dad even did a lot of the work himself to keep our costs down. We are super grateful; thank you!

Avoid these liars like the plague. Went to look at 2 of their class a motorhomes and right away I could see that they were buying used and trashed units and trying to give them a fresh look. New flooring (and poorly installed) on a 8 yo class a?? They have no ownership or repair histories on their rv's and when I did find a previous owners manual with repair receipts, they took it and would not let me see it. I suggest people take a moisture meter (inexpensive at $30. at Home Depot) and poke around near the walls/ceiling and you will likely detect moisture which is the kiss of death to a rv

We had searched everywhere for a trailer for my mother, so she could be closer to us. We secured a spot but couldn't find a trailer private party that wasn't overpriced, a scam, or in horrible condition. We went to the Loomis and Rocklin Rv Max locations and had a great experience both times. Every person we encountered was so helpful, knowledgeable and made every effort to make us informed trailer owners(we are very new to this).
Mike, the owner, was very flexible and accommodating. The location for delivery was a tight complicated fit and against a deck. Mike nailed it! Very happy

I recently bought a small trailer from RV Max and when I was ready to leave on a trip recently I discovered I had an electrical problem that I couldn't figure out. I decided to go by RV Max to see if they could look at it. I pulled in and Mike the owner started looking at my trailer right away and found the problem after about 20 minutes. Wonderful to deal with. Easy going, straight-forward to deal with.
We were selling our 5th wheel by ourselves and instead sold it to them to alleviate the headache. They gave us gave us the price research to look over, allowed us to think about it and do our own research, and in the end, they gave us a fair price.
I would definitely recommend this company just because of the customer service and quality of care.

Our experience with RV Max has been excellent. From a family atmosphere and no pressure sales, closing the paperwork without stress, and follow up afterwards when we got our trailer home and found some issues.
We first went by there as we were cruising through several different lots looking for a used RV. So it's been just over a year since I paid these people $10,000 for a 17 year old 19' travel trailer. Things have gone very bad from the start. The list of things wrong with it when I took possession of it. The roof leaked the first time it rained and did major damage. since then most every major component has had trouble . The refrigerator drips and is coming out of the hole. The oven does not work. The stereo does not work. The trailer brakes locked up and I had to have it moved home on a roll back. The wet vents for the sewer leak gas into the trailer. The p-trap on the shower broke

We've had our trailer for about 4 months now and we just found a soft spot in the floor that we missed during the pre delivery inspection. I reached out to Jenna and she had us bring it in For evaluation. A short amount of time passed and I got a phone call to come pick up my trailer that they repaired at no charge to me. I'm shocked.. I bought this trailer without a warranty whatsoever. Now that's top notch customer service. Their repair looks fantastic, I can't even tell they touched it. Very few companies have this level of integrity. Thank you for everything!!!

(We were referred to come here by an employee at Folsom Lake RV after we told them we are looking for a used RV) RV Max has exactly what we were looking for & were beyond easy to work with! The BEST' experience I've ever had buying something at a dealership. There are two locations fairly close together with a wide selection of both new and used RVs.
We had recent had a half way decent experience at another dealership. Until they came back with an astronomical APR. we were bummed cause we weren't gonna get an RV cause we were made to think we had a poor credit score.
We swung by RVMax just dreaming of eventually owning another RV.
We were greeted immediately... ill keep it short, we ended up with a bigger nicer RV for less.. best part is... half the APR from the

Back in May, I purchased a fifth wheel from RVMAX. I am absolutely positively in love with my new home away from home. I can't thank the owner and the staff more for treating me like family. They wanted me to have that special home as much as I wanted it.
