I recently had some renters move out of one of my properties. The renters left the property extremely dirty. I contacted LW Cleaning Services and they did an absolutely AMAZING job! Luis the owner of the company is very nice and professional. Luis came out and looked at the property and quoted me a price. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use LW Cleaning again.

In February we hired Luis and his company for a move out/deep clean for our home in Castle Rock. Luis was very easy to work with and was very professional from the first call through completion. He scheduled a walk through prior to the cleaning to get an idea of the scope of the project and explained exactly what services were included in the deep clean as well. In February we hired this company to clean our business. An employee had tested positive for COVID-19 and thus we hired this company to disinfect and clean the store. LW Cleaning Services has an amazing and friendly staff. They were very professional and took their time to explain to me the process of cleaning/disinfecting. They were fast and efficient. It only took them about 2 hours. I would highly recommend.

Luis and his team helped me move into a clean home. After 3 years of having renters Luis came in and hit all the floors, ceiling fans, windows, major appliances, and shelves in my home.
