This is a commonly asked question. I have had people say that they have not had their carpets cleaned in 10 years or more because they have relied on myths and misconceptions. The fact is that cleaning extends the life of your carpet and saves you the tremendous amount of money required to replace prematurely worn carpet.
I know that you can't always believe what a company says about itself or its service, and I don't want you to just take my word that I am the best. I can tend to be biased. Volume - which means booking as many jobs as possible each day, get in and get out fast and hopefully complete all of the days bookings - if they show up on-time or show up at all; oh well they tried. Sales - hard sell as many extras as possible before angering the customer - if you don't buy into the extras they clean as fast as possible which will leave your carpets wet for days - maybe the next job will produce a high ticket price!

As a repeat customer, I can't say enough about Kyle and the TLC Carpet Care team. Not only does he do a fantastic job bringing our carpets back to life, he does so with kindness, professionalism and speed. We have a four year old who loves to paint and Kyle was able to remove the 'art' from our floor, we will continue to use Kyle for all of our cleaning needs.

This service is amazing! I had a pet stain EMERGENCY first thing in the morning and Conor came before 8AM on a Saturday to take care of it for me. Kyle and his crew are always very professional and awesome. I have used them for 10 years and the price is always right and the service is always professional! Once or twice we needed them to come back because of something that got missed, and there's never any issue. They come back without any question and they fix it if it's not right the first time. I respect that very much in a company! I will keep using him for many years to come.

I cannot say enough good things about TLC carpet care. After my frantic call for help (dog stains)I was reassured that they could help, and they scheduled for that very afternoon. Andrew was very professional, courteous and did an awesome job, explaining what he was doing and using as he worked. I couldn't believe that the stains were actually gone! I am letting all my friends know about them and recommend them without hesitation!

You are truly amazing. My daughter was pet sitting a very large dog, at the owners home, when the dog became ill and "exploded" all over the white carpet in the living room. The first carpet cleaning company I called came out and said they wouldn't even attempt to try and remove the stains. You came right away, and made the carpet look brand new. We had our carpets shampooed by TLC and Chase did an amazing job! He was very thorough and TOOK HIS TIME with our carpet. Most carpet shampooer representatives will rush through it so they can get as many jobs done in a day as possible (we've had some other companies like that) but TLC was not that way. Very professional and very personable. The total was even less than quoted! We will definitely be using them again. :)

I made the mistake of having my yahoo friends over a week after buying a beautiful linen sofa from Restoration Hardware. At some point, someone spilled dulled red wine AND a dark Porter on my new sofa and light carpet. Chase from TLC came out the next day and got the stains out. I had him do the entire house and my carpet looks great!
They were SUPER friendly, did great work and they accept credit cards which made payment easy.
If I ever need carpet cleaning again I won't hesitate to call them. Really great work guys. Scheduling with the owner, Kyle, was also super easy. Very friendly
