Services
There is a Active Family Wellness Center in North Arlington as well as South Arlington to better serve you. In addition to chiropractic, the full suite of services available include massage therapy, spinal decompression, weight loss programs, functional medicine, functional fitness and rehabilitation.
If you have a disc-related disorder, we encourage you to learn more about spinal decompression. You may be considering spinal surgery. When Dr. Godwin was 12, his mother had a heart attack. As a single mom with no insurance, she didn't get the help she needed. Dr. Godwin decided he wanted to be a doctor so he could help others. His anatomy teacher was a chiropractor who told stories about his office. It interested Dr. Godwin. After joining the military, he had a medical-based position that reignited his passion for health care.

From being greeted when entering the door until the time my visit was complete the staff was very welcoming, professional and patient with me. I always look forward to my appointments at Active Family Wellness! The entire staff is so friendly and they truly make you feel like you are part of their family. Dr. Godwin and Dr. Taylor are amazing! They both treated me through my pregnancy which helped me with a fast and uncomplicated natural delivery! I couldn’t wait for my first adjustment postpartum and baby’s first adjustment! Now Dr. Godwin treats my husband and all three of our children as well. We have noticed a significant difference with all of our children. I only wish we had been seeing Dr. Godwin sooner!
