I’ve been a patient of Doctor Rasul for almost 5 years. He’s caring about his patients and does his best to ensure the medication prescribed will better their life. I’m glad I have him to help with my mental problems. The office manager, Bree, has worked there as long as I’ve been going and she is just great! Very knowledgeable and even though she stays busy, she does her best to make each patient feel welcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Rasul to anyone who needs psychiatric help.

Dr. Rasul is a terrible psychiatrist. He doesn’t have an emergency line like most psychiatrists. Only to go call 9-1-1 or go to an emergency room. If you go away on a trip and need refills, good luck trying to get him to send your medication over. He refuses to do that or put refills on medication. You have to visit in person and he won’t talk on the phone or do video chats even during COVID. He’s good to go to if you are already stable on medication and know what you want and just need refills. Everything else is terrible. He is incredibly stubborn and doesn’t listen. Always has been rude

I don’t get all the hateful comments. Dr. Rasul is one of the best psychiatrists in town. Love the staff at the front desk and the other doctor who is there. Super sweet staff.

He was rude and uncaring. He badgered me while I was crying and he stayed on his computer(not about me) the whole time. He then wanted me to tell him what medication for me. I thought he was supposed to be the doctor. I will not go back.

This is a great doctor! I've been going to them for 6+ years. The staff is amazing and the doctors are great and very helpful and listen to any problem you may have. Also the text reminders for your appointment is very helpful!
Highly recommend!

I’m not sure why these reviews are so negative. I’ve only seen the Dr one time so far but I thought he was wonderful. He asked me so many relevant questions and seemed to genuinely listen to my answers. He wanted to know about me on a personal level as well but because he’s a psychiatrist NOT A THERAPIST he didn’t pry too much. His office staff was great. Everything was clean and even with new patient paperwork I only waited maybe 5 minutes after my appointment time, if that. Based on my first appointment I really think he deserves better reviews. My guess is they’re mad because he only

This is a great place. They are very good about sending appointment reminders that are helpful but not annoying. Dr. Rasul is very attentative and makes you feel comfortable in the fact that he has your best interest in mind.
The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
The waiting area is very clean and there are 2 separate areas 1 side you can sit with your kids while they play in the play area and/or watch cartoons on a nice flat screen tv.
The adult side of the waiting area is nice. Always a chill calm but uplifting atmosphere. There are magazines, literature and a nice tv to entertain
