Vault Estate Planning
If you don't have a plan, Utah already has a plan for you, it includes your family going to probate court, a judge, someone you don't know, deciding who will get your assets, who will take care of your minor children. Everything you have worked so hard to build up may not go to those you love and may even go to someone you really don't want it to go to.

Don't just create some documents, hire a trusted legal advisor, who is there to help you and your family when your family needs it! What would happen to your kids, to your home, to your business or your other assets or relationships, if something happened to you?! Join us in an Estate Planning Session and we will help walk you through these situations and the applicable estate planning laws and strategies.
Services
Located in Orem, UT, Vault Estate Planning provides consulting and estate planning legal services to Utah residents. Vault Estate Planning provides all of the necessary estate planning services and estate planning documents for your unique situation. These are not fill in the blank forms, but attorney prepared documents for your specific state and needs.
More and more individuals are putting their assets into revocable living trusts, which are completely flexible and broadly adaptable arrangements for management, protection and distribution of a family's assets. A living trust is created during your lifetime and is funded with most or all of your assets by simply re-titling the assets to yourself as trustee.
If you are here to learn about Utah probate after the passing of a loved one, we first want to say that we are very sorry for your loss. With that said, probate in Utah is a court-supervised procedure that helps to ensure the legal transfer of assets from the deceased to the rightful heirs or beneficiaries.
There are three levels of planning with our estate planning attorneys. When you meet with one of our attorneys for an Estate Planning Session, you will pick the plan and the price that you think is best for you and your family. If you have a simple estate and all you want are documents, and you don't want to work with lawyer, we have a Do It Yourself estate planning option as well.
A well thought out estate plan ensures that your plans for your medical care, guardianship for minor children, and management and distribution of your assets will be carried out according to your wishes and not left to the State or others to decide. The government's estate plan is called Intestacy and your assets will be distributed under State law.
