I felt lucky to work directly with Don. He stays busy and is usually booked a few days in advance. So plan ahead if you want a meeting. I am sure he will fit in emergency appointments, but we did not discuss those details. Don and I worked on a project together earlier this year. Even though Don stays out in the field most of the day building relationships, we always schedule me, was on-time, asked intelligent questions, and never canceled our appointments. There was an a small initial snag with how we split and revise the existing Comcast order. However, I took the lead and cleared up everything
