Had a shattered leaded glass panel on my front door. Besides being an eye-soar to look at, it was a security risk as anyone could reach in and open my door. So I needed it fixed ASAP. Call this company as they are local. After rescheduling twice, it took 1 week for a tech to come and look at the door to quote. He spent all of 10 minutes looking at the damaged door and said he will call with a quote. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and still no quote. I called twice and the nice lady on the phone didn't seem to have a clue as to the status (tech didn't bother to write up a work order

While I would have loved to write a glowing review, sadly my experience has been only negative. After installing an exterior door, I was left with a door that you couldn’t lock because the lock did not line up to the frame, trim that was badly put on and finished, and a door I hate the look of. Firstly the actual door, they took pictures of the other exterior doors I have and said they would try to match it, I have asked repeatedly why they didn’t match it, the only answer is “you asked for a plain full light door, that’s what you got”. Now we can argue about what is a plain door and

This company is great, they had the best price and were the most responsive. They replaced 11 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in 2 days and everything looks amazing. I went from single pane aluminum to dual pane Simonton Daylight Max windows and I can absolutely tell the difference and sometimes have been waking up sweating. Great company and I couldn't be happier.

I could write a "5 Star Review" every time I have Crestline Glass do a project for me, maybe I should! They replaced 3 screens in our home and they look so nice. The ones in the window were showing wear and they did such a nice job. Crestline Glass makes it real easy to recommend and write a review. From start to finish this company was wonderful. David came out, took info, sent me an email w/estimate that night. He followed up promptly on all my subsequent questions.
Installers, Rick and Angel showed up on time, were very friendly, made sure dust didn't get in my house and the job they did was top notch.
I was surprised and extremely happy to have found a local company that arrived when promised and delivered as promised. I've lived up here 30 years and that is a rare occurrence.
I've just sent an email to have an estimate for another couple of windows.

I brought in an aluminum framed window pane and they were able to replace the glass for me in minutes while I waited. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Good price, great service and they have a strong local reputation. (recommended to me by a contractor who was shopping near me in a local hardware store). Glad I didn't go looking farther down the mountain!
