I have nothing but good things to say about NCPA. Specifically my agent Charlotte, has been the best I've come across. She is always diligent and feels like she's on your side! Thanks to her I was able to get the car of my dreams. My original insurance was quoting me extremely high and I wasn't going to be able to afford it. She worked her magic and got me a great price with better coverage and I was able to take the car home.

I can't recommend NCPA, particularly Charlotte, enough! Charlotte pays such close attention to detail and has gone way above and beyond for my husband and I. Insurance can be a confusing thing, so I particularly appreciate her taking the time to thoroughly explain to me all of our coverage options, and answer all my questions. And I have a LOT of questions! Great customer service here, do yourself a favor and use NCPA, you won't regret it!

She also looked deeper into my Auto policy and was able to get me better coverage for essentially the same cost I was paying before. Super happy to be working with NCPA!

This is a great company. Charlotte especially has been helpful and professional. When I needed renters insurance shehelped me find the best deal around. I know it was tough at first due to fire restrictions but she kept me notified every step of the way and came through. Mary as well was a great help to me in this endeavor. I'd recommend them to anyone. There the best and most helpful.

NCPA was recommended to me by my friend and I have been extremely happy with their services. I mainly work with Charlotte but have also received help from Ari as well. Both women have excellent customer service and do their job very well. Any time I have a question they get back to me as soon as they can. Charlotte also has continued to stay up to date on my policy and makes sure I am getting the best rate possible. She recently switched my policy for me and saved me $20 a month on my insurance! Highly recommend NCPA!

I was at a Toyota dealership, trying to trade in my car for a better one, and everything was going great. That is, until I was told I had to upgrade my insurance from liability to full coverage.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. I recently moved from the east coast to San Diego and purchased a vehicle from Hertz. The Manager - 'Chico' told me that all cars must be insured before they are sold, so he recommended this pathetic company to me. The night we initially tried to establish a relationship I was in the dealership for an extra TWO HOURS as there seemed to be an issue with their system, as their credit card system wasnt processing, and their fax machine wasnt receiving documents. So 3 weeks later my mailbox is flooded with at least 15 pieces of mail

Whelp. I'll start by saying at least a stupid mistake I made wasn't as catastrophic as it could have been had it not been for these fine folks. I recently moved to the San Diego area and purchased my auto insurance policy with NCPA. I have to admit I wasn't really expecting the level of service I got, but I have no complaints whatsoever. (Having someone actually go out there, helping me every step of the way was something I'm definitely not used to, but it's a -very- welcome improvement over my previous insurance service provider.) My boyfriend and I have been getting auto insurance through them since September. Everyone in the office is professional as well as personable. When we call the office they remember us by name. Saves time not having to describe yourself or repeat an account number numerous times. They go way above and beyond what their job calls for! That type of treatment is huge for us. Thank you!

This insurance company started off working well for me, but there have been too many incidents with communication and customer service during my time with them. Almost impossible to reach them while on deployment, do not reply to emails in a timely manner, and the prices are outrageous. Just recently left them for another company. Thank god.

I was told my payments would be one thing and now they are making me pay more after settling all issues. I can't even get a copy of my policy or a straight answer about questions I have. I have proof in emails of the unprofessional this company has shown. False advertising, it's not fair people can just rip you off and get away with it with no consequences.
