We were visiting New Orleans and looking for a place to accommodate 4 people at once for different services. TBD got us in the same day! The short drive was definitely worth it. The staff is all so friendly and the ladies doing our nails were very fast! We got speciality designs and the cost was much less than I expected. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be going back!

I received a full set the day before thanksgiving and on thanksgiving day one of my nails had already came off then a few days late two more had popped off. That has never happened with my nails before. I also received a pedicure and my toe nail polish chipped extremely easily. My whole toe color came off together. I will not recommend.

I visited this nail salon about a week ago. I am new in town and am still searching for my permanent nail place, unfortunately this place won't be it. First, let me say that the salon is exceptionally clean, they were able to get me in on the same day, they have services like paraffin wax for a reasonable price, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Second, let me say I get my nails done regularly and I have high expectations which I admit make me pretty picky. When it came to the actual work of my pedicure and manicure unfortunately technically they were done poorly. My pedicure was okay

I was fresh off the plane ready to start my birthday vacation but first priority was getting my nails done. After multiple calls to various shops & research I decided to give TBD Nails a try. I called the nail shop to ask about pricing, dip powder availability & wait time. Emma stated they were available to take me in right away & had plenty of powders to choose from. My nails are absolutely beautiful. Every time I visit TBD Nail Salon, I walk out with a smile. The customer service is always great, the inside of the salon is beautiful, and the Nail Techs are filled with awesome nail design ideas. If you're looking for great customer service and perfect nails, then I suggest you visit this salon.

I never write yelp reviews but this has got to be the best nail shop on the westbank! Came in and it was very welcoming and quiet and the owner was extremely nice. They do 10% on Mon-Wed and for a frugal girl like myself, those are music to my ears. They also have a rewards system everytime you come in, and the owner made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. No awkward silences at all! Cam on co Nguyen cho lam mong tay cua con dep!!

I came here for French Quarter Fest. i hadn't got my nails done at my place. so i looked it up for a good nail place, bc i am a little picky on who do my nails. My tech, Emma, did a great job with my acrylics, and she made sure to get my shape just right. They offered drinks and have an awesome shade selection. Aslo, I feel super comfortable and we had fun the whole time. This will be my permanent spot when i visit New Orleans.

Made it over to this Salon when my nail tech of YEARS unexpectedly MOVED!
They did NOT disappoint! They greeted me by name, offered me a drink and have a HUGE color selection. I'm usually pretty basic when it comes to my nails but I wanted to try something different for spring and Emma made my little nail dreams come true!

I was greeted as soon as I entered was immediately placed in a chair to begin to get my services Emma did my nails while I was getting my toes done I was in and out in 35 mins including my eyebrow wax which was even more amazing because I was on my lunch break! She was amazing and I love them and I am super picky so i couldn't be happier! I will certainly be returning!
