I have been a customer there for over 2 years. No one told me about the rewards program until my latest visit. No one told me that when I first got the app. Bad customer service on that part. I called to express my concerns and no one even tried to accommodate. They have my purchase history and I normally never spend less than $80 per visit. My tech is amazing but they just lost a customer. Aside from the manager/owner or whoever she is that had a horrible attitude with me one day about telling a different tech that I wasn't satisfied with the sloppy polish on my toes. I've had nails done here as well as a Hair cut and style on more than one occasion. Every time I'm provided great service with excellent results. It's clean, well ventilated and has those spa day extras like snacks and drinks that help make it a special trip wether you're popping in or spending the afternoon there. Gave myself a mommy spa day a few weeks before my due date and I left feeling like I actually had that pregnancy glow and ready to face the big day. Moved out of state and sad I won't be able to go here anymore.

I had been to Sparadise for a mani pedi and was pleased and had seen their stylists working in the salon area. After the COVID lockdown I was seriously in need of a haircut and style so I decided to try them. I was not disappointed. LOVE my hair cut, got the extra conditioning micromist treatment. They were very professional. I felt safe. The place was super clean. I definitely recommend them.

My go to nail salon. The prettiest and cleanest salon I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and does good work. There's an app with punch card rewards. There's groupons every now and then with amazing deals. Can get busy but use the appointment opportunity. They text you 24 hours before appt as a reminder. Best of the best

Went here as a recommendation from my best friend and ended up using a Groupon. This place exceeded my expectations. I think I found my new nail place. They have so many selections of the scrubs for your pedicure I didn't know what to choose so my tech picked for me. Well she chose right the cucumber melon smelled amazing. I got the deluxe pedi and gel mani my feet have never looked this great! Will be returning! Everyone was friendly. Pricing is very comparable to other nail salons around!

Been coming here since they opened a little over 3 years ago. My fiancée loves it here and will not even let me treat her to spa dates when we are out of town. She likes what she likes, so I abide. I've had great experiences here also. Every blue moon I'll relax and enjoy a mani/pedi with her. Granted it's maybe 2 or 3 times a year. But it has to count for something lol even though she visits here every 2 weeks or so. The staff is friendly and it's a great location and environment.

Found this place on google search , I needed a place open on Sunday, so I called on Saturday and booked my appointment for Sunday . Came in and the place is really really nice , very clean and fancy . I booked a deluxe pedicure . I was called to the pedicure area where I picked my scent of my pedicure . Again. Gabbie is great. She know how to work my hair,she is so nice and everyone in that place is sweet and so cool. The only reason I dont go every week is cause I hate the salon and the only way I do it is because I know I'm going to get an amazing service (so..they do that for me every time) and a cup of wine.

This place is amazing!!! It's soo chic and modern! It has everything you would need to get ready for a wedding or just a simple spa day! There's a manicure bar right in the middle! To the left is the pedicure section! I love how it's sectioned off so ppl are staring at you! They even mad their own sugar scrub! How cool is that!?! Their hair cut station is pretty cool too!! The blow dryers hang from the ceiling! I've never seen that

MORE: went back for a pedicure, spontaneously added a gel manicure and voila! IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! So happy to finally have found a place to relax in Metairie sans thumpy music and chatty techs. This place is so great if you're looking to chill, no matter what time of day it is. I can't wait to try out more services!

I found her, my go-to nail technician! Nancy, I think that's her name, is the new hire. Her English might not be as easy to understand due to her heavy accent, but she tries her best to make small talk. She did an amazing job with my nail. I saw her use some tools that I don't normally see other technicians use. I asked for her to not file my nails too much to avoid the inevitable "ridge" you get when you remove your acrylics. Nancy asked if she could show me a few colors that were similar to the original color I picked, since the one I picked was being discontinued. She thanked

The space is contemporary and nicely designed. but that's where it stopped.
The lady at the front desk simply pointed me towards the back pedicure chairs while I was there i watched her give a personal tour to the next couple ladies that came in. Showing them every feature they had to offer at the salon. Not sure what that was about.
They seriously lack gel colors. I attempted to talk to my nail tech asking if they had matching colors for my feet too...she spoke zero english. The younger girl came over after she saw i wasnt getting anywhere asking this older lady.
