My wife and I recommend the Dilworth Inn to anyone that can appreciate friendly treatment and an awesome, clean room. There was plenty of hot water to shower, hot coffee in the morning, a floor fan to keep you cool while you sleep, the restroom and shower were clean and we had plenty of space. Great view of Gonzalez from the window. The breakfast voucher we received to the place down the street a short ways served great breakfast and coffee! I could go on and on. But, you get the idea. If you're staying in or around Gonzalez.....stay at the Dilworth Inn.

My husband has stayed here for work a few times and really enjoyed this hotel so we finally did a small road trip so I could stay also and I LOVED it! It has that vintage vibe but is updated and modern. Also I'm a coffee drinker so the many coffee stations were perfect as well. You really can't beat the price either! The owner was very accommodating and sweet. If you're in town, this place is a must!

Brother and I on motorcycle trip and stopped in Gonzales to stretch our legs. Saw this place and was in downtown and there were several bars and restaurants near by so we got us a 2 queen room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large. Cold a/c. Hot water. Comfortable beds. They have Kuerig coffee makers in the hallways, not in the room. They have pods as well or bring your own.
An Italian restaurant is attached, but not sure about breakfast options.
Large free parking in parking lot across street so if you have a trailer, shouldn't be a problem.
Reasonably priced

Very nice boutique hotel right in the heart of Gonzales.
I came down to Gonzales for the annual 'Come and Take It' observance. The hotel was a great place to stay as is right off one of the squares and everything is easy walking distance.
I would definitely recommend the hotel as a place to stay whenever you're in Gonzales.
A few minor negatives. First, since 'Come and Take It' was going on all the streets around the hotel were blocked off (not the hotel's fault and I was told this before I booked) - I ended up parking about 4 blocks from the hotel; secondly, my

This place is an amazing boutique hotel/inn exemplifying the best in hospitality and comfort. Friendly staff, wonderful amenities and gorgeous room. This turned out to be the perfect HQ for sightseeing this historical area of the Great State of Texas. From Gonzales with its "Come and Take It" attitude to Shiner.s Fine Little Brewery to Lockhart's Black's BBQ. Located right in middle of Gonzales' town square with antique stores, restaurants and bars all around. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night. It Was definitely beyond our expectation. It is located at downtown Gonzales, the hotel rooms are very neat and clean, staff was very friendly. We stayed at Courtyard Marriott in Austin the night before, but this small Inn seems even more comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My partner and I stayed here over our engagement weekend on our way up to Austin. This hotel has a lot of potential and we very much enjoyed our stay. It is the perfect little gem complimenting the historic town of Gonzales. The A/C in our room wasn't working correctly so we didn't sleep that well, but this was back in March slightly after the remodel and grand opening. The hotel was still figuring out its kinks. Continental breakfast was a bit of a mess, but being a small hotel it is a one man show most of the time. Nonetheless, we had a great time chatting with the manager. She did
