Check in time is until 3 so it was a little weird for us to show up at 3 and our room was still getting cleaned. There's a sign that says if you stay one minute past 11 a.m. check out time you will get charged for another night. Despite the weird looks from the staff who are cleaning our room and the threatening sign it was actually all in all a decent place stay rooms were nice and clean and recently renovated it looks nice and is comfortable

I was not expecting the amazing room that we got. The place was clean, the bed was COMFY, the room was beautifully decorated and designed, and the jet tub was incredible. Plenty of hot water, the water pressure in the overhead shower was perfect, and the tub was so roomy and relaxing. The front office staff member we spoke with was really nice and helpful as well.

Excellent stay! Clean, recently remodeled, and cold a/c and good water pressure in the shower unlike most of the chain motels you stay in these days. The lady at the front desk was a treat to do business with as well. I guarantee we will be calling ahead to reserve a room the next time an overnight in Lockhart is planned.

The customer service at the main desk is not good and the employees are not friendly at all. They say they offer military discount and then they charge full price to service members. Giving military discounts to service members is not mandatory to do by any bussiness by if a business states they offer this and then they do not honor such, that is not only very dishonest but it is also not a good way to conduct business.

Leaving bad reviews is not my game. I always try to find the silver lining in every place I stay. The room I stayed in was updated a little. It was clean and comfortable but the little things kept nagging at me. The paint falling off the ceiling, the walls have been painted a 100 times and it shows. The TV was a bit of a hassle to use, and the live in tennant's up stairs were noisy moving furniture all night. Not to mention the knock at my door at 2 am.
I will say this. The owner was absolutely the nicest lady I have dealt with in a long time. Had it not been for the live in tennant's upstairs

The bathtub area was not clean there was hair in the tub around the edge of the tub and on the floor when spoke to management she said that she did not know how to clean it she would get someone to come in and clean it she came back with a rag and some gloves moved their hair in the tub to the drain Ransom water but did not remove the rest of the hair when spoke to her about the hair being around the tub she did did not do anything she was bragging about all the stars that other people had given her hotel and that they was given the best rating but I would not wait that hotel as a good hotel or
