They are friendly and they do a great job and I needed alterations done and the owner called me and made arrangements for me to get the garment to him and I was able to get it back in a timely manner. He was also able to get a stain out of a garment that I had taken to a different dry cleaners and they would not even attempt to try to clean it Thanks

This was my first time using Collins Cleaners and I plan to return in the future! When dropping off, was greeted by a very friendly associate. When I returned to pick up my garments, I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Even down to the individual pleats on one of my pleated skirts...I could tell that this was not just quick-pressed on some machine! I also appreciate the teacher discount and the associate willing helped me bring my garments to my vehicle! Wonderful customer service and I will be back!

Damaged an expensive new garment during custom alteration that they should've declined and they offered no concession for my time, gas, and stress to get my garment restored to a flawed but useable condition. The alterations are done offsite and though I was assured nothing would be done if the seamstress saw an issue, the seamstress did the exact opposite. She altered the area I requested incorrectly AS WELL AS another area incorrectly that was never supposed to be touched. I got the money I paid for the alteration back and that's all. I spent in total 1.5 hours either in person or on the phone

Dropped my husband's suite off yesterday and was told that it should be ready by tomorrow around 12-1p, which was great. I called a little later that same day and told the front to please not put a crease in his pants, she said ok I will let them know. I called around 11 today just to see and hope that it was ready early. The girl says no and that the computer shows that it will not be ready until Monday. I told her no that the girl (light skin with tattoo on side arm) told me that it would be ready today. Held the line, and was told it was ready. I mean it went from not ready to ready, really

Im giving this cleaners a one. Our clothes had to be treated for bed bugs that a hotel we were staying at had. The hotel brought our clothes here and told us to put our shoes in a bag to get them treated. We get our clothing and shoes back and 10 pairs of our shoes are ruined. When I asked the owner what he would do if I were a customer and not a hotel, he told me he'd turn me away and tell me he couldn't treat my shoes. I said " Well it's your responsibility to call the customer if you felt that way". The owner stated that it was not his problem but the hotels and I would

My parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary is coming up this week and we wanted to have Mom's wedding dress displayed on a dress form for the party. Patrick and his team did an AMAZING job on the dress!! It had never been preserved and they were honest about what they felt they could and couldn't do for us. The dress looks fantastic and we can't wait for all of their friends to see it! I love Collins. They send you an email when your order is ready, and they are unfailingly polite and friendly. I mentioned I had a job interview, and the next time I came in, she asked how it went. She remembered, just like neighborhood businesses used to do. Everything I've sent there has been cleaned perfectly, and for the first time a difficult collar on a jacket was pressed perfectly. I really don't agree with the other review.

Their valet service recently came to my office, and I am so glad they did! I received polite, friendly, personalized service from Patrick, who answered all my dumb questions and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as a new customer. On top of that - the dress and coats they returned back to me (in just 1 day, no less) looked brand new! They were able to get out a stain that I thought was permanent, remove all the pet hair, and they even shaved my winter coats (they're a wool blend). I couldn't have found better service anywhere else!
