Kate is from Pennsylvania, where she attended Penn State University, and The Maryland Institute of Art in Baltimore. Kate gained experience in wound care, while working in a medical center in PA., and that eventually led to her interest in skincare. She has lived in CT. for over 25 years, and obtained her license for skincare in R.I.
She then attended The Institute for Skin Sciences, and The Dermal Institute in Boston, Mass. Her training includes Advanced Acne Management, Advanced Skin Peeling and Chemical Resurfacing, and Advanced training in Camouflage Makeup used for skin imperfections and medical conditions. She continues education in her field and additional college courses.
