Awesome service and the owner is incredibly friendly and knows how to make a sandwich. Cuban was on point today, as always.

Perfect day and a perfect lunch. The corn chowder was amazing, and probably my new favorite soup near me. Also tried the turkey melt.. equally as delicious. I love supporting local businesses, and when the owner is there working, taking your order, you know it’s going to be good. Wes was super nice, and I will definitely be back!

Our sandwiches were incredible. I got the Cuban and my husband got the honey ham. Both were very tasty. Very friendly staff. A wonderful lunch spot.

First the food is really good. I ve had their chicken noodle soup. Excellent!
Most of all what I think is important is the service.
I needed soup and they called me back to let me know it will be on the menu the next day.
Who does that?! I know I can be a pain but they are awesome.

Great, quick sandwich shop. There's not many of these in Tampa and it's the perfect place to stop grab a sandwich for lunch or if you're on the go. Every sandwich tastes fresh too (bread/ meat/ veggies).

Delicious, fast, friendly service. I've driven past this deli for years and never stopped until today. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! I will be back.

This spot is a really hidden !!! I was craving a Cuban and I'm a picky eater decided to government this spot a try and I will go back often. best Cuban sandwhich around the south tampa area I highly recommend you won't regret!!!

Love this little sandwich shop. Why spend money at a chain when you can come here and get a sandwich that is twice as good for a reasonable price? And, how many places can you get a liverwurst sandwich these days? Great service and great bread!

Had Barrow’s for the first time this past week and definitely won’t be my last! Food was so fresh and tasty. Portions were plentiful and my food was delivered quickly and on time.
I’ll be adding them as one of my go-to places for lunch!

Good little place. Had cuban and monte barrow. Both very tasty and filling. Quick service, potato salad wasn't very flavorful but the sandwiches were great. Half the price and time than other local delis!

This is the best find in Tampa! The owner and the staff are so friendly. All of their meats are freshly sliced and the quality of the bread is phenomenal. The philly cheese steak will change your life! Don't forget to get a rice krispy square on the way out...

Barrow's gourmet deli is a Tampa hidden Gem! I am a 3rd generation native and have always loved local hidden spots! My Mom took me into Barrow's when Oliver and Norbert owned it. And I can say without a doubt, that the new owner has not skipped a beat when it comes to quality, fast service, cleanliness, and friendliness!

The lovely German guys who owned and operated Barrow's for forever retired last year (2019) and sold the business. It may still be called Barrow's but DO NOT BE FOOLED. The Barrow's of old is no more!

The young "hip" kids who work there (maybe they own it, who knows...no charm, no joy) made sure everything LOOKS the same, but when you compromise the ingredients in your sandwiches and salads to the point where (for example) there is very little shrimp in the shrimp salad, more celery than tuna in the tuna salad and you skew the raisins and other filler in the curried chicken

The tuna sandwich is the best in Tampa! It's flavorful and has just the right amount of mayonnaise! The bread is always fresh.

South Tampa hidden gem! Small, cozy place that hasn't changed their sandwiches and they don't need to! Make sure to try it on a Friday, if possible, their lobster bisque is only available on Fridays and it goes quick, and it's worth it, my 12 year old is hooked! They have ruined chicken salad for me anywhere else...I'm hooked on theirs and no one else is nearly as good! The sandwiches are on normal bread but somehow still fill you up! I love the fact they do half sandwiches (many places don't), so for little guy, he doesn't have to have the same kids menu sandiwches

Perfect sandwich. I got the turkey BLT the way it is on the menu, no changes. I've only been here once but plan on coming again to try other sandwiches.

Found this cozy little sandwich shop off Henderson.

The food is good. My favorite was the seafood salad. It was seasoned very well. They have homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing that I put on the salad and it was good also. Turkey sandwich was ok. My meal came to over $12 which was a bit pricey for me considering I order a half a sandwich and spinach salad with 2 scoops of seafood

Overall atmosphere was cozy and quiet. The people were very friendly provided great customer service. I will most likely visit this place again only to get the seafood salad.

I've been here only a couple of times. The last time, I actually went to Wright's, the new and improved giant, hugely renovated Wright's and the line was ridiculous. Now, I'll be patient and wait some days but this line was so ridiculous, I put my apple juice back in the cooler and said to myself - WHY aren't I at that small, quaint, awesome sandwich shop right around the corner??

I love places like this. They have friendly staff. Food is served quickly. The place is clean. Parking is ample.

I have had the turkey Reuben and the chicken salad sandwich. Both are very good. The lobster bisque is excellent for the price. The amount of potato salad that comes as a side is amazingly generous.

I will return.
