Dennis has dedicated his entire adult life to making a difference in the lives of others by serving his country and his community. After graduating from high school in eastern Washington, Dennis served in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1971 as a corpsman. Following his discharge from the Navy, he received an Associate of Arts degree from Pima Community College in 1976 and dual Bachelor Degrees from Alderson-Broaddus College in 1980.
