If you sustain a work-related injury or develop a work-related disease or condition you may be eligible for industrial insurance benefits; including, medical treatment, wage replacement benefits, vocational retraining, and awards for loss of function and disability. You can complete an application for industrial insurance benefits with any L&I approved physician.
If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident or sustain some other personal injury you may be suffering from pain, without a car, and off work without pay. You may be overwhelmed by managing your care, finances and everyday tasks that have become difficult as a result of your injuries. You will very likely seek to be compensated for your injuries and other damages and make an insurance claim.
If you are disabled and unable to work you may be eligible for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits if you have enough work credits and meet certain disability criteria. If you do not qualify for disability benefits you may be eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits if you meet disability criteria and income thresholds.

My experience whit this firm as been the best . The attorney is patient and takes the time to hear your case. My husband is happy with the outcome off his case knowing that is not the easiest case. Warning people!
This is guy is not a good lawyer to work with. I went in to talk to Corey himself in the middle of June and I waited for a month and haven't heard anything from him or his office so, I called him again and was unable to get a hold of him so I left him a message but he never call back so I called back again a week later and still was unable to talk to him so, I've asked to speak to his assistant Rick but was unable to get a hold of him either so, I left him(Rick) a message he called back a week later and I asked him what's going on with my case? Are you guys working on it? And,
