Garrett the technician was exceptionally quick and professional.They had the part that nobody else had in stock and since the part was a little more on the expensive side given that it was hard to find, they were very reasonable about keeping the labor charges to a minimum. They were exceptionally fair, exceptionally friendly, and went out of their way to make sure that any of the messy work was done inside of the bench in their work van so they did not mess up my floor. I would recommend them again

Highly recommend HEATPRO--friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They repaired our busted steam pipes to restore our heat, and came up with a cost effective solution to keep the labor costs down. Will definitely be using them go forward for all our heating repair/maintenance needs.

HeatPro is my boiler guy from now on. While at sea my heat and comfort were thanks to a BT. It still is now.

Oh wow where do I begin? From hello to fabulous completion Alicia, Chris & Garrett were awesome, respectful, clean, considerate, kept low profile, non intrusive and very successful. We are elated with their service and to have new efficient on demand water heater. I can take a bath again and highly recommend HeatPro!
