I was looking for a quote for 4 cars I own. I drove to there office dropped off all my information and then spoke to someone on the phone who said they would get back to me shortly. 4 days later no call so I called them back and again was told I will get right back too you. 2 more days and nothing.
Don't let the Dave Ramsey local provider make you you think they must be great that isn't always the truth.
If it is thus hard to get a quote what would it be like if you have a claim.
I will be taking me business and money somewhere else.

I found this person through the Dave Ramsey network. Got a quote, everything looked good, and i proceeded with the insurance.
Approx a few weeks after, i get a letter from the insurance company saying my premiums were going up. What?!?!?! I had only been with them for a few weeks. Turns out the agent screwed up and the basement square footage wasn't properly accounted for even though i had asked about that previously. As a result, my premium went up 4.5%.
Looking over the change, part of that 4.5% went right into the agents pocket. That didn't sit well with me. I felt like this was

I found Jimmy Kelley through the Dave Ramsey website as an Endorsed Local Provider. Mr. Kelley started a new policy for us and cancelled the old one so we really didn't have to do anything. I was really impressed with how he was able to get us more coverage at about the same cost as our old policy. Mr. Kelley always immediately answered all of our questions and provides us with excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend!

Elite insurance company is a great insurance company. Jimmy Kelley was very quick in provide me several quotes for my properties. Even when I asked for coverage changes he was on top of things and provided me the revision within the following day. Jimmy provides great customer service and that is why I decided to use his company for all of my insurance needs.
